Dr. Walter Lamacki discusses why he believes it is important to attract millennial dentists who are not ADA members and retain the ones who are. "They were born in the digital age and some were using an electronic notebook about the time they began to walk and talk; they dominate social media. They are millennials, people born between 1980 and 2000, sometimes referred to as the avocado toast crowd."
