The Washington Post (5/19, Farzan, Shepherd) reports, “By Wednesday, all 50 states will have begun lifting restrictions put in place to combat the coronavirus outbreak.” CNN (5/19, Maxouris) reports on its website that Connecticut is easing some restrictions Wednesday, making it “the final one of those that ordered people to stay home and most businesses to close up for a while to start to reopen.”

Meanwhile, The Washington Post (5/19, Meckler, Weiner) reports that the CDC “this week laid out its detailed, delayed road map for reopening schools, child-care facilities, restaurants and mass transit.” The article reports that “the 60-page guidance document was posted on the CDC website over the weekend without fanfare after weeks of delay and an internal debate over whether the guidelines were too restrictive.”
