Monthly Meetings

Our monthly meetings are typically held on the first Thursday evening of each month, from September to May. These meetings are usually in a hybrid format, allowing for in-person attendance at a local venue chosen by the CCDS Executive Council, with an option to join virtually via Zoom.  Occasionally, meetings may be held entirely virtually via Zoom, or solely in person.

In-person and virtual attendance instructions are shown in the individual event pages, which you can access below.

Cost:  CCDS Members - Complimentary

This meeting will be held in person at the Royal Oaks Country Club with complimentary dinner.

Registration Coming Soon for dinner at Royal Oaks Country Club.  Please register by 10/27 so we can arrange catering properly. Please see Royal Oaks Dress Code if joining us in-person.

The meeting will conclude at 8:30 pm, at which time a business meeting may be called.  If you have business or announcements as a member, this will be your time to speak.  All requests to speak must be made prior to the meeting to Dr. Karl Rose, by email, phone, or in person.  We will follow Robert’s Rules of Order and you will be allowed 3 minutes to speak on your topic.
