6:15 pm – Announcements
6:30 pm – Lecture
8:20pm –  Questions and closing comments

The meeting will conclude at 8:30 pm, at which time a business meeting may be called.  If you have business or announcements as a member, this will be your time to speak.  All requests to speak must be made prior to the meeting to Dr. Josh Williams by email, phone, or in person.  We will follow Robert’s Rules of Order and you will be allowed 3 minutes to speak on your topic.
